Mile 4 Winner is none other than Prince Charles praised artist Gavin Mayhew
This is the image that was chosen to be massively enlarged at ‘mile 4’ (near the Deep, which this image depicts) on the Hull Marathon Route as ‘road art’ (whatever that means).

Having entered the competition artist Gavin Mayhew was chosen for the “Mile 4 Art installation”.

- Peter Naylor – Curator of the marathon exhibition
- Lucas Meagor – Race Director
- Representatives of Principal Sponsor RB, Main Sponsor Hull College and Fun Run organisers Fitmums & Friends.
His winning piece will be featured at this years Hull Marathon 2017
