Preston Likely’s Yellow Day Hull returned with its very own exhibition
After the success of Yellow Day Hull, there was no surprise that Yellow Day Hull Revisited was well received with over 1000 people visiting in the first few days of it opening!
Janet Bark and her team have really done a great job on this exhibition, having gone the extra mile to make you feel welcome, giving you some great information on all the creative work on display and really are a wealth of knowledge.
Wayne Walton was the artist in residence having painted Yellow Day cups which looked brilliant.
Having had a chat with him he told me he had just been on the radio which was great to hear as the exhibition was getting great coverage (and well deserved too).
I enjoyed my time from start to finish and look forward to seeing what the team have in store for us in the future.
Well done to everyone involved.
